Jericoacoara mix [by Marina]

It's a hot Sunday afternoon in Jeri.
I am sitting at the terrace of our hotel, listening to some nostalgic tunes of the Sovient, Perestroika-time band "Kino", Anna went to play rugby with Argentinian and Serbian guys. Tonight we have to meet up with our British friend and after we are invited to a welcoming dinner by our Dutch neighbour and his Italian colleague, who's going to cook some shrimp...
All this makes me think: how many nationalities i've just listed in the sentence above?

How many foreigners got squeezed on five small streets of Jeri? During our first week here we met people from Italy, Switzerland, UK, Germany, France, Belgium, Holland, Israel, Finland, Norway, Russia, Serbia, Argentina, USA, Peru...

I guess, at least half of the local businesses are owned and managed by people who left their "normal" office jobs abroad and arrived to this little corner of the world to have a different life. So, in the end, "different" here normal, and I like it big time!
